Principles and Regulations on Data Processing and Protection

Company ADLO Investičná s.r.o. complies with policies and regulations on collection and protection of data that you provide to us in accordance with the Directive GDPR of European Parliament and Directive 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the EU Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

1. Legitimacy and Transparency of Data Processing

All your personal data are being processed by a legitimate way.
We have accepted relevant policies with the goal to provide you with all necessary information that pertain to processing of your personal data. Before providing your personal data to us, you will always be informed about what kind of personal data we are processing; for which purpose we are collecting them; what is the legal basis for their processing; if and to whom you personal data is being provided or can be accessed; if the data is published or provided to an entity in a foreign country; how long will data be stored. You will be informed about your rights concerning personal data processing and whether the decision process concerning thereof is automated, including profiling.

2. What Kind of Personal Data We Process

A.  Personal Data from Contact Forms

You may ask for more information about our offered product and services in the forms on our website. In order to be able to provide you with requested service or information, we need to process these personal data

  • E-mail address
  • Name and surname
  • Telephone number
  • City (or the place where the service is provided)- town/village

It is not possible to cancel information pertaining to service (e.g. confirmation about sending the form) or service e-mails regarding orders for purchased services (e.g. contractual documents, order confirmation) because it is part of provided services.

Minors
We do not process data nor provide service to persons less than 16 years of age. In case you are a younger customer, you will need a consent of your parent or a legal guardian for realisation of our services or execution of any other legal action.

B. Website Traffic Statistics

If you visit our publicly accessible websites, we do not collect any information from you. During your visit or our website, we collect the following standard statistical data but without any reference to a particular person and completely anonymously:

  • anonymised IP address (Internet Protocol address) of the computer used for access
  • web address, from which you visited us (URL)
  • web pages that you use at our site
  • date and length of the visit
  • browser type and its settings
  • operating system
  • information about the use of Facebook by a web visitor

Data Proportionality
Personal data that we collect from you are adequate, relevant and limited to the scope necessary to the purposes for which they are further processed.

Data Accuracy and Timeliness
Personal data that we collect from you are always updated according to the need, based on your information and in compliance with your rights. Data will be immediately updated or deleted if they do not fulfill the purpose for which they are being processed.

3. Methods for Personal Data Processing

We will treat your personal data responsibly and in accordance with valid European legislation. Automatic tools as well as manual processing is being used for personal data processing. All data is stored on secure servers located in the European Union. Data is not published, transferred or processed to the third countries outside of the EU and are not provided and/or transferred to third parties.

All data that you provide in the questionnaire are transferred and encrypted by SSL certificate (Secure Socket Layer), which is accredited and commonly used method of data transfer. Data is being processed primarily by means of information technologies that enables us to secure the necessary security, minimise the risks of unathorised manipulation, or prohibit data deletion or damage. Personal data is protected to a maximum scope by modern technologies that correspond to the level of technological progress and degree of risk of misuse.

Personal data can be accessed only by a few qualified and authorised employees and dealers. We and our employees commit to keep updated technical and organisational provisions that prevent misuse, damage, loss or deletion of personal data. We reassure you that our employees are obliged to keep your personal data and security measures confidential  and not to disclose them in order not to endanger their security.

If you are interested in a meeting with our experts or sales agent and that person is our accredited contractual dealer, we will provide him with your personal data for the purpose of providing your requested service. He/she will process your personal data only for the purpose of providing service or information that you requested and only for the time necessary for realisation thereof. The dealer processes personal data only in this scope and in compliance with valid legislation. Your personal data is at the same time protected by signing a conctract with a clause of confidentiality valid during the execution of service and also afterwards.

Integrity and Confidentiality
Your personal data is processed by methods that ensure their appropriate security, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and accidental loss, deletion or damage, by using appropriate technical and organisational measures in place.

4. Personal Data Processing Time

We process your personal data during realisation of the requested service (personal consultation, providing information on products and services), or during the duration of the contract or until you withdraw your consent for personal data processing.

Your personal data processed for the purposes of ordering products or services will be stored in our company for 10 years from issuing an invoice in accordance with  the Income Tax Act, as amended.

Storage Proportionality
Your personal data is stored in a form that enables your identification no longer that is neccessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or for which they are further processed.

5. Legitimate Purpose of Personal Data Processing

If you show interest in our products and services, personal consultation, or if you decide to use and purchase our services on the contractual basis, we will collect and store your personal data in the scope of Section 2A compliant with the provisions of the contract and for the purposes of contractual obligation of providing service only.

Limitation of Purpose
We collect your personal data for specified, specifically stated and legitimate purposes, and they will not be further processed by methods incompatible with such purposes. You will be informed about the purpose of processing your personal data during their collection.

6. Your Rights Concerning Personal Data Protection

In compliance with personal data processing and protection you have the right to:

  • demand access to your personal data from provider
  • data correction
  • deletion or limitation of processing your personal data
  • raise objections against personal data processing
  • data transfer
  • withdraw your consent for personal data processing at any time
  • lodge complaints at the supervisory authority

You may apply your rights in writing at the residential address of the operator, by sending an email at the email address info@adlo.sk, or personally by giving a recorded deposition that must clearly state who brought up the claim; what does he/she demand; and who and when produced the transcript, signature of the person and your signature; you will be given one copy of the transcript.

We notify you that your right for deletion of data may be limited by a lawful obligation to store data, which we must comply with. The courts and prosecuting authorities or other authorities appointed by law may require such relevant information.

You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection in Slovakia.

Every Internet user should be aware of the fact that information that he discloses may be viewed and stored by other users. Be therefore careful about the protection of your privacy.

7. Liability

Our company is liable for complying with these principles for data processing and protection, and is able to confirm this compliance at the competent authorities.
