You are getting your door and installation directly from the producer, which is a big advantage. Our development and construction departments can receive your feedback instantly and in case of a break-in attempt, this information goes directly to the producer. We are thus able to be always a step ahead of the burglars.
Our products comply also with strict Austrian and German norms and requirements; exterior Termo door complies with requirements of Northern Europe. Products that you buy from us fulfill the same criteria as are set, for example, for our customer in Switzerland. Our range of break-in resistence is unique in the EU since we cover security classes from RC 1 to RC 5.
Our products are delivered directly to you. They do not pass through other subjects or hands of "specialists". Our consultancy and sale expertise is guaranteed only by our employees. All technicians and installers are attending regular trainings in our production facility. We, as a producer, are solely responsible for regular and extended warranties.
